Habits & Identity
How to use habits to supercharge change
“Every action you take is a vote for the person you wish to become”. James Clear (Atomic Habits)
James Clear, habit expert, sees daily habits as key to changing behaviour and becoming the person you want to be.
Research shows that small habits, consistently applied, can lead to huge shifts in behaviour and self-perception. This quickly leads to higher self-esteem, and increased motivation.
Helping clients put good habits in place is therefore central to our job as coaches.
You will learn:
- Exactly how habits contribute to change
- Key principles that help clients change old habits and succeed with new ones
- The mindset shifts that make it easy
- The role of identity in habit change
- Practical and easy to follow tools and technique
This interactive session will give you practical tools and resources to encourage and motivate your clients in their search for a more productive way of living.
Remember – you can book all three sessions in the autumn series for the discounted rate of £140, just choose ‘triple ticket’ at checkout. If you can’t do any of the dates live, we’ll send you the recording.
We are committed to making this work available to as many as possible, so if your income restrictions make this unaffordable, please contact us, as we have a small number of lower cost places available.
This session will be run by Lucy Hare and Sharon Baker and will be fully interactive. Lucy Hare is an accredited coach, coach supervisor and coach trainer. She has a background in the performing arts where she has worked as a double bass player for 30 years.
Sharon Baker is a coach and an artist. She is a leadership coach working with leaders and teams within creative agencies and runs The Freedom Formula – a transformational programme to enable women to live their purpose.
Together they have been running retreat events for professional coaches for the last 8 years.
