How to Navigate Burnout
Burnout is a habitual state that seriously affects clients’ ability to think clearly, be productive, and enjoy what they do.
With Western society seeing ‘busyness’ and being ‘always on’ as badges of honour, it is important for clients to know how to put their wellbeing first.
In this session we unravel what takes clients (and coaches) into Burnout, and explore why it is so addictive.
We will cover:
- Understanding the psychology of burnout
- How to notice the symptoms of burnout vs. stress
- Three things to do to come back to equilibrium
- Practices and tools to prevent burnout in the future
We will offer ways of stepping off the path of over busyness, and look at how we can become role models for our clients in living more resourcefully.
Remember – you can book all three sessions in the autumn series for the discounted rate of £130, just choose ‘triple ticket’ at checkout. If you can’t do any of the dates live, we’ll send you the recording.
We are committed to making this work available to as many as possible, so if your income restrictions make this unaffordable, please contact us, as we have a small number of lower cost places available.
This session will be run by Lucy Hare and Sharon Baker and will be fully interactive. Lucy Hare is an accredited coach, coach supervisor and coach trainer. She has a background in the performing arts where she has worked as a double bass player for 30 years.
Sharon Baker is a coach and an artist. She is a leadership coach working with leaders and teams within creative agencies and runs The Freedom Formula – a transformational programme to enable women to live their purpose.
Together they have been running retreat events for professional coaches for the last 8 years.
